Due to the high temperatures for Tuesday, there are changes to training times.

No sessions at 6pm
Sessions which will now be on at 7pm instead of 6pm are:
Denise -Throws
Steve - Long Jump
Simon and Dean - Endurance

Cancelled sessions:
Conor - Multi events
Lynne - Endurance
Josh - Sprints

At this point all 7pm sessions are as normal. As ever, please keep your eye on the socials for updates.

Please bring plenty of water, wear sunscreen, covered shoulders. Don't push yourself too hard. If you need a break for some shade, just let your Coach know.
