✨ WE ARE BACK! ✨

During lockdown we have still been in the background offering at home virtual LIVE Workouts for many of our members, still planning sessions and keeping you all motivated and fit during this time!

I am posting to reach out to all fellow B-fit and non B-fit members that are wanting to get there fitness levels back on track!

We are still in a transition stage where we have now started to offer small group training sessions at wildpark Brailsford!

In the height of summer and the weather being promising to us it is a great time to get out the house of an evening and workout with a lovely bunch of women that have continued to support my small business :)!

I am running a pay as you go class every week!
£3 per session

Who also have the option to join the outdoor classes and be added to a Facebook group where you will have updates on sessions
You will be able to visit the LIVE workouts everyweek!

Let us give you that boost you need!
