✨ “I wasn’t sure where to start…”
One of the biggest reasons women put off joining a gym isn’t lack of motivation.
It’s uncertainty.

That’s exactly why Kate joined our ladies-only small group sessions.
Since January, she’s been training alongside a supportive group of women in a friendly, welcoming environment where everyone is encouraged to work at their own pace.
