BOKWA Fitness is the new up and coming dance fitness program comprised of cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility to hit the Dance and Fitness Industry. BOKWA BRADFORD CLASSES:


Monday @ Parkside School, Cullingworth 7-8pm
Tuesday @ Victoria Hall, Saltaire 8.30-9.30pm
Thursday @ St Cuthberts Church, Wrose 7.30-8.30pm (commencing January 16th 2014)

All you have to do is swap your breakfast and lunch (make meals on the go much easier) to Forever Ultra for 7 days!!!
