Went to my first Reformer Pilates class with which was so much fun and even had to experience it with too🙌🏼

Pilates is a great way to improve how the body moves, which can have a huge impact on your golf game.

Two great drills to help stop early extension in the golf swing👇

1️⃣ Wedge Under Trail Foot
Place a wedge under the outside of your trail foot to encourage better pressure movement and maintain posture through impact. This helps you stay centred instead of thrusting towards the ball.

2️⃣ Bucket Under Trail Foot
Place a bucket just under your trail foot. The goal is to rotate without crashing into it - training better depth, rotation, and hip movement through the downswing.

Both drills improve:
✅ Rotation through impact
✅ Consistent strike
✅ Posture maintenance

Early extension is often a reaction to poor pressure shift or lack of space.
