We’ve been busy little bee’s at the studio 🐝 so here’s some instructor updates coming your way!

Gurpreet, Celeste & Francesca have all joined the Powerhouse team! If you haven’t been to a class be sure to pop in and say hey👋🏼

Our lovely is expecting a mini mover later this year🤰🏼and we couldn’t be more excited for her and her growing family🤍

SO, whilst she’s taking some time off making you all side plank, here’s who will be taking your classes.

will be taking Georgie’s Tuesdays Mornings, so you now have ALL day Tuesday for your Chloe fix✨
wont just be in the studio every other Saturday she’ll be taking Georgie’s Wednesday evenings🌙
will be taking on Georgie’s Thursday mornings, lunchtimes & Burn with Baby🍼

Don’t worry Georgie will be back counting slowly before you know it🤍

It’s the question we get asked more than any other, and honestly? it depends, how often you’re coming, where your body’s starting from, what you’re doing outside the studio.

There’s no magic number.

But Namrata? 8 weeks. and she was already going to the gym, already running. Pilates still found the gaps.
