come and have fun, learn something new meet new friends, even break things, grow in confidence (and no you haven't got to be able to kick above your head or do the splits).
learn how to defend yourself. It's never to late to start age is just a number. i have taught students that are blind ,students with deafness. everybody deserves a chance to learn a new skill .
