🔥 CLIENT PROGRESS SPOTLIGHT – ROB 🔥
Since starting in January with One to One sessions and now a weekly men’s groups strength session, Rob has made some incredible progress, not just physically, but in confidence, consistency and overall wellbeing too 👏
We started by focusing on:

✔️ Building confidence with weights
✔️ Creating a strong foundation
✔️ Sustainable progress week by week
Fast forward to now:
💥 40kg Barbell Squat
💥 Romanian Deadlift now at 28kg
💥 Chest Press up to 33kg
💥 Shoulder Press estimated 1RM of 21.5kg per dumbbell
💥 Improved flexibility — now able to touch his toes
💥 Increased work capacity, strength & confidence
The biggest win? Consistency.
