Mums, repeat after me:

Doing something is better than doing nothing!

The summer holidays are here and all of the usual routines are out of the window.

There’s no point fighting it so you just need to go with it and do what you can!

Little walk before they wake up?
A walk with them for the day out?
A later evening session?
A really early morning session?
Go to in kinson where your kids can go with you?
Home workouts? With or without them?

There’s still options so don’t be using summer as an excuse to not move your body 😜

End of bootcamp era! 💔

I want to say thank you to everyone who’s ever come along and supported me in my bootcamp. It meant A LOT!!

Running it on a Friday night was alway an uphill battle for numbers and it had run its course but there was a great bunch of women who came along and gave everything, week in, week out 🩷 absolute stars 🌟

There’s no plan on the horizon to do another one but that could change in the future!

How to spot an exercise Goldilocks:

They need everything to be “right” to complete their exercise.

This is almost impossible, especially if you’re a mum!

Let’s face it, when are you not tired?!
When is the weather the perfect temperature?!
When (in the winter) is it dry but not too cold?!
When do you have 2 hours to do the perfect gym routine?!

Sometimes, especially in this weather, you need to just “make do” and stop being an exercise Goldilocks!

Just crack on and do SOMETHING. Something is always better than nothing 🙌🏻

So the next time you find yourself thinking of all the reasons that you don’t want to exercise, think of all the reasons TO exercise and then go do it 💪🏻
