π Mental Health Awareness Week is just around the corner (11-17 May) and we're hosting a range of free events to bring our communities together.
This yearβs theme is all about taking action β for your own mental health, for someone else, or for our communities β so we're marking the week with a range of activities designed to help people connect and boost their wellbeing.
π Boscombe β Join our Wellbeing Matters workshop with BCHA Learn on Monday 11 May for practical skills, healthy lifestyle support, and open conversations around mental health (booking essential)
π Poole β Throughout the week, our Poole Hub will be offering activities including mindfulness sessions, gentle exercise, creative activities, relaxation tips and more, more details coming soon!
π Weymouth β Drop in from 10am-1pm on Friday 15 May for a welcoming community event where you can chat with wellbeing coordinators, pick up practical advice, and connect with others in a relaxed setting.
All events are free to attend and we'd love to see you there!
