Kegels alone are NOT (always) the answer.

In fact… doing them without understanding your breathing and pelvic floor connection can sometimes make things worse.

😳 Yep — for both men and women.

Your pelvic floor doesn’t work in isolation. It’s part of a system with your diaphragm, core and hips.
When these don’t work together properly, it can lead to:

❌ Tension instead of strength
❌ Poor lifting mechanics
❌ Lower back discomfort
❌ Feeling disconnected from your core

✅ But when they do work together?
You get better stability, movement, breathing and relaxation — the way your body was designed to function.
