Just wanted to take a minute to highlight our number one ambassador and great friend Gareth Henegan]]
Not to drag on with too much detail, Gareth not had it easy and unfortunately he’s battling losing his site along with a few other medical conditions. Does he moan..?? NO..!!!! he’s focused on becoming a PT to be able to teach the sport he’s grown to love powerlifting. Which when struggling to read due to diminishing eye site is no mean feat in itself. He’s pushing himself in his own training and constantly challenging himself. Now I’ve had the privilege to know Gareth Henegan]] most of my life and what he has over come and continually doing so everyday is I think outstanding and shows what people can achieve when they believe in themselves.
