Hi everyone. Its been a long time coming but I will be providing one to one swimming instruction and small groups. The focus will be on developing your skill set what ever your level, from complete novice through to those who may wish to improve their technique and confidence or if your brave enough, reach competition level for swimming or triathlon. With my wealth of experience in teaching, competition and open water swimming, its time to give back.
