Guess who’s back… 😎🧘🏼‍♀️🧡

🌿✨ Hi everyone! ✨🌿

I’m so excited to introduce myself as your Lead Instructor for Park Yoga Slades Park for the 2026 season 🧘‍♀️💚

My name’s Katie, and I’m passionate about creating welcoming, relaxed spaces where everyone can enjoy Yoga, whether it’s your very first class or part of your regular practice. I can’t wait to share fresh air, ‘party moves’, and a sense of community with you all in the park.

My background is in Dance, but I have been leading yoga classes since 2020. My Park Yoga sessions are centred around Vinyasa flow, and come with a series of terrible dad jokes.

Also joining us this year is our wonderful cover teacher Elibeth Oddy, who some of you may know from Slades Park Pavilion, or previous Park Yoga years. Elibeth will be leading the opening session of the season this year!

Come along, bring a mat (a friend!), and let’s make this a beautiful season together 🌳☀️

After 5 years of no price increase, Italian Villa Yoga will be changing from £9 to £10. This is still remarkably below the market so I hope you can still join me!

This small change helps keep sessions running at the beautiful space we enjoy 🌿

🌳 We're thrilled to welcome back Park Yoga Slades Park this season.

📅 Sessions are an hour and start at 9.30am on 3rd May and run every Sunday morning for 20 weeks.

💚 If you have not experienced Park Yoga, it is a great way to try yoga for the first time. You don’t have to take part in the whole session, many people take moments of rest and enjoy the fresh air while watching the clouds go by.

💚 There's no need to book.

💚 Bring a yoga mat if you have one, but if you don’t, a towel or blanket is perfect.
