A lovely morning at FLOW 🥰
We always leave time to finish our classes with stretching and relaxation.
Did you know: stretching helps improve flexibility, reduce muscle tension (= risk of injury) and supports recovery?
Taking a few moments to slow down, stretch, and breathe activates the parasympathetic nervous system—the body’s “rest and digest” mode—which can help lower stress levels and leave you feeling calmer and more focused after class 🧘
And this morning, more than half of our class were men! 💪 It’s great to see more men enjoying the benefits of Pilates for strength, mobility and injury prevention.
