Wow! 5 years ago today I started as a personal trainer. My goal was to support women to feel comfortable in a gym, see the benefits of strength training and build healthy fitness habits to support all aspects of their lives.
I wanted to say a very big thank you to all my amazing clients - it’s been great to be part of your health and fitness journeys. As well as 1-2-1’s we’ve had lots of fun in outdoor classes, completed some exciting challenges and enjoyable workshops.
