Ockbrook and Borrowash LTC is situated in Borrowash with easy links to the A52, it is a well established and friendly club. Our mission statement is โTo offer a good standard of tennis facilities and coaching service to the local community in which we are situated. Looking to develop and encourage new skills for all ages and abilitiesโ. We have around 60 adult members and 60 juniors of all playing
ability. James Middleton of Tennis X Ltd is the Head Coach and works both with the juniors and adults. We are affiliated to the British Lawn Tennis Association and achieved the Clubmark accreditation in 2011 awarded by the LTA to clubs reaching a specified level of club and coaching development. We have junior teams coordinated by the coaching team, additionally we have adult teams playing in the Derbyshire Tennis Association leagues (Summer and Winter). We have in the summer league 2 Mens, 2 ladies and 2 mixed teams and in the indoor league - 2 mens, 2 ladies and 2 mixed teams. The club has 5 carpet courts available for play all year round.
