Our first (and possibly final) grading game this morning was a really close fought match V Boroughmuir 2013 Purples. The girls ran out 5-2 winners and now await news of which Tier we will be assigned to for 2026 season. What a day for it ☀️ Player of the match goes to Fox 🌹

WHAT A NIGHT 🏆🏅 First of all a big shout out to for coming along to present the girls last night with awards & medals, our teams namesake 🌹 second of all thank you to the coaches for organising the awards night and making it a great night for all the girls & parents/family, the girls are so lucky to have such amazing coaches who put in so much hard work each week 🌹 What a year 2025 was for the McCabe’s they really do give it their all each week so last night was a nice way for the girls to come together and celebrate and listen to what they have achieved in 2025 & hopefully the same in 2026! Last nights awards went to Eilidh Todd- players player 🏆 Elle Clark- top goal scorer ⚽️ Lacie Bonner- coaches player of the year 🏆 & Marley Gregor- parents/fans player of the year 🏆 Well done girls & the rest of the McCabes you all are AMAZING! Now today we take on Melrose as our first grading game of 2026, so let’s go and start it off with a bang 💥

From 3-0 down in a poor first half the girls came back and worked as a team and showed the opposition what they are made of! Ending the game 3-3, fantastic football from all girls & what a save from Coco 🧤 McCabe’s have remained unbeating in their pre season & look forward to taking on Melrose next weekend in our first grading game 🌹 Good luck McCabe’s ⚽️ POTM this week goes to BROOKE 👏🏼

Another win for the girls yesterday 11-1 🌹 3 hatricks scored amongst the goals! Girls played an amazing game of football. 1st MOTM goes to Marley also 🏆 Roll on Saturday for another friendly ⚽️

The girls take on Falkirk this Sunday in our 3rd friendly of the year. The girls are off to a flying start so far 🌹Let’s hope they can keep up the winning streak in preparation for our grading games start in February ⚽️

The girls were on their travels to Blackburn last Sunday walking away with a 9-0 win! McCabes showed up and played a blinder, few goal scorers in the mix & a couple of hatricks also! Well done 🌹 ⚽️
