Snippet from Jays chest session the other day 💪🏼

This lad hits it hard with some hard shifts at work…. Always turns to and always get it done!!

Right now we are focusing on his control while we up the weight & reps. Also pushing his rest periods so he ain’t taking it as easy at times 👀🤣

Winter bulk being planned for Jay, bodyfat is at a decent 15-17%….. we are staying around that (max 20%) and then hit the cut cycle and see where we are at!

Then I’ll let you know if it’s good or bad on a scale 1-10 and what you can do to help if too high 👌🏼

** BOOTCAMP PORTFOLIO **

For the bootcamp lot……..

One thing I have now created is the BOOTCAMP PORTFOLIO, to get this you will have to set up a monthly direct debit payment for the bootcamp and then your portfolio will be created.

You will, as well as benefit from the portfolio file….. you will also have a 30 minute fitness test session each month included.

In this you will have,

-> Food guide
-> Gym/ home workout plans
-> Your goals file
-> Bodyfat% & measurements file
-> Fitness test session (monthly) file

-> Travel / Parking,

Travel is very easy if on foot or on the bus, we are a stone throw away from main Bolton town centre.

For parking, Bolton can be tricky for this, but after 6pm to the side of the building there is free parking and also to the front of the building as well on the opposite side of the road.

(There is also plenty parking lots close but with a couple of minutes walk away)
