For months upon months now, I've been pouring everything into this. Late nights. Early mornings. Countless hours of planning, creating, testing, refining.
Grafting from the minute I open my eyes until i shut them again later😴
And its all been worth it!

I would like to introduce to you, my creation 👀

LITTLE TIMMY: The Young Champions Journey SEL.
I couldn't be prouder of what I have created and I can't wait to share it with the world and help a lot of young lives ❤️

This isn't just a programme.
It's the result of everything I've learned (more often than not the hard way!😂) everything I've experienced (and I've lived a life let me tell ya!), and everything I needed when I was a child to be able to navigate the crazy rollercoaster ride that emotions can be when left un-regulated.

This is a space where children can learn to understand their emotions, build real skills, boost their confidence, and discover they're braver and tougher than they think.

I've poured my heart into every detail:
📚 Every workbook page
🏋️ Every activity
💙 Every strategy
✨ Every word

Because I know what it's like to struggle with big emotions and how hard navigating life can be when they appear and you have no skills to handle them. 🤷‍♂️
I know what it's like to feel alone and like nobody understands whats going on in your mind and body.😢
What can happen when we bottle it all up and have no safe outlet for everything!😡
And I also know what difference the right support can make in a young persons life that feels things in a big way.

This August, young people in Barnsley get the chance to experience that transformation. To learn. To grow. To become their own champion.

I have been working rentlessly and I am over the moon to be able to share this experience with you for free, in partnership with BMBC's Great Childhoods Ambition Summer Enhancment project.
