This team gave EVERYTHING today. Awesome effort by all 👏
We were electric in the first 2 quarters. Every one of them put in a monster performance and they should be proud. A bit of tiredness crept in, where the score got away from us, but we did SO MANY things well today.
Our first Joint-Player of the Match award was given today. Jowan earned his half (literally broken in 2. 💥Time for a new one) of the trophy with a wonderful performance. Many, many saves were on show. Jowan kicked wonderfully and even dealt with a few 1-on-1's with strikers perfectly. And that triple save. Mesmerising goalkeeping!
An equally impressive performance was put on by the ever-energetic Jaxon, who scored 2 wonderful strikes ⚽️ ⚽️ today. His pressure on the defense resulted in us getting on the frontfoot to set up attacks on many occasions.
He looks to be taking very well to the attacking side of the game.
Well done to St. Mawgan for a battling performance and their win.
