THE BIG 3 ... 🎗

If you don't know the gorgeous girl in this picture it's my wee cousin Michaela ✨

Sadly she was diagnosed with breast cancer a few months back.

She's in the thick of chemotherapy & after that she will be smashing radiotherapy & then hormone therapy for 5 years.

I wanted to do something to support her in what can only be described as a journey of the unknown.

She remains positive even on the grim days, she doesn't hide away when she's struggling, she's honest & still off her bloody head 😅

Soooo time for me to get uncomfortable and push myself.

The next 7 weeks is about to get CRAZY 🤪

1st up Ben Nevis with 11 of my amazing clients ❤️

2nd will be solo Hyrox in Rome 🇮🇹

3rd 50km William Wallace trail run in October 🏃‍♀️

All events are 2 weeks apart 👀 pray for me.

I'm raising money to help & support Michaela with what every woman loves ... their hair.

I want her to feel her best with luscious locks that won't irritate her head and will last the Scottish weather 🌧

I will share the link tomorrow with a wee video we both done ❤️

A2B BLANTYRE CHAPTER COMPLETE ❤️

Exactly 5 years ago to this day I made the biggest decision of my life.

To open my own gym 🏋️‍♀️ no help, no business partner, just me.

I was terrified & excited 😊

My aim was to support people with whatever their goals were & encourage them to step out there comfort zone.

I can hold my head up high and say I am an amazing coach, I know I'm an amazing coach because most of my clients have been with me for the past 5 years & show no sign of leaving. I go above and beyond because that's just me.

My clients are phenomenal 🙌 from the outdoor Hamilton Accies days 😅 to the A2B gym, they have been by my side. Old, new, past & present you helped me be better & taught me ALOT about myself.

It's cliche but I LOVE my job, I'm so passionate about it (sometimes to a fault) meltdown Aud still goes live on the private page and calls out the bu****it 👀

The 5am rises do not phase me.
The never ending admin does kill my soul at times 😴

We have amazingly supportive coaches who takeover as soon as I need them, I would be lost without them.

I can't forget my tiny terrors, opening the door to the kids (my kids now haha) was one of the best things I've ever experienced. They return year after year to every bootcamp and they love it.

⭐️⭐️⭐️CLIENT SPOTLIGHT⭐️⭐️⭐️

Here's what Jenna Macintyre had to say ...

At the start of this year, I decided I was going to fully commit to myself, and joining A2B Fitness has honestly been one of the best decisions I’ve made.

I’ve always enjoyed walks, gym classes and the treadmill, but I’d lose a bit of weight and never manage to keep it off.

Since joining the 6am classes in January, I’ve found a routine that works around my job and one that I’ve actually stuck to.

Audrey has been amazing, always encouraging me to push myself, helping with my form, and reminding me I’m stronger than I think. Everyone in the class made me feel so welcome from day one, which made starting somewhere new so much easier.

I also joined the 6 week summer challenge, which really helped improve my fitness and gave me an extra boost with my results.

Seven months on, I’ve lost half a stone (we don't like the sad step) but we use it if & when needed.

My measurements are a better guidance,

➡️ 7 inches from my tummy,

➡️ 3 inches from my chest,

➡️ 3.5 inches from my waist,

➡️ 2.5 inches from my hips.

But more than that, I feel stronger, happier, more confident, and I genuinely look forward to every workout.

HER FEET ARE STILL WET!!!

Here is .conway84 our

ULTRAMARATHON WEST HIGHLAND WAY FINISHER!

It's took me a while to find the right words but in all honesty I'm in AWE of this lady. I was speechless watching her journey.

143.3km starting from Saturday 10am running through the night and finishing 32 hours later WOW.

She sets these mental challenges and she SMASHES them. Everyone at A2B were so invested and waiting to celebrate when she crossed that finished line.

Her team mates described her phenomenally.
