Whether you’re getting back into the water after a long break, training for your first triathlon, or just looking for a supportive group to help you build confidence and technique, our Tri Club swim sessions are the perfect place to start.

From complete beginners to seasoned racers, everyone trains together in a relaxed, encouraging environment.

Big congratulations to 2 members of BAR Tri Club - Keira and Gary - who completed East Fife Sprint Triathlon last Sunday!

We also had Allison who volunteered her time as Tech Official 👍🏻

We did have 2 more members signed up but unfortunately due to injury and a technical issue they missed the race.

Onwards and upwards for us all - what’s the next one we will target?? 😁😁😁

Tomorrow will be the first race to have official BAR Tri Club athletes taking part 🥳

We have 4 registered and within those 4 are people who are new to triathlon and people who have ‘been around the block’ 😂

Best of luck to each and every one of you, remember what we’ve practised (swimming this week was ‘different’ 😂) and remember what we’ve discussed.
