Hi all just a polite reminder that if there is a cancellation in less than 24 hours of your session, the session will still need to be paid for as it is too late to give somebody else this spot. I will let the first one slide as I know sometimes things can’t be helped, especially with kids but after that the rules will apply. I have been trying my best to accommodate people recently with changing time/days etc and have ended up taking on too much which has caused me to burn out physically and also miss out on time spent with my family so please note if you can’t make your session it will have to wait to the following week and regular cancellations will be giving to a new person as I have a few people making enquiries about booking sessions but I am now full.
I would also like to say a massive thanks and well done to those who are booked in with me, you are doing great 🥊

I’d like to give credit to .askin.boxing on really throwing himself into this coaching game with me.
As a former British Cruiserweight Champion and World Title Contender I could not think of many more qualified people to join the team.
With Matty’s experience and knowledge within the sport he brings a different perspective to the gym which I value immensely as his character allows others to thrive. He really has become an asset to the team as we are taking the gym to the next level.

Matty’s experience is second to none in the area and anybody looking to learn about this sport should be looking to learn from the best.
