Good evening.
Just a heads up.
This FB page will be closing shortly and everything will be posted and dealt with on the Essex Goju Ryu FB group.
This is to consolidate and simplify content.

Last night was the first children's class since the grading last month.
Great to see the lovely yellow belts putting so much effort into their training.
Also lovely to see all the new faces!

Hi everyone.
Due to the exceptional temperatures we are experiencing and the fact that the Blackmore Dojo's layout makes it quite warm at the best of times, it has been decided that we cancel tomorrow nights (13th) training.
I doing so we hope that we will not parboil a percentage of the membership of Essex Goju Ryu!
Where we have mobile numbers for members we will back this message up with a text.
In all seriousness, even with fans on, training would be detrimental to health.
