🏉 From pre-school to over-50s — breaking down barriers to sport across East Lancashire.

The newly launched East Lancashire Community Foundation (ELCF) is bringing accessible, rugby-based programmes into schools and communities across the region.

Working alongside Blackburn, Burnley, Clitheroe, Colne & Nelson and Rossendale rugby clubs, the Foundation will support people of all ages through programmes including Rugratz, school rugby, SEND provision, affordable holiday camps, Rugby Pathways and Walking Rugby.

Delivery begins across all five areas from September 2026.
