Having a pre and postnatal trainer will assist you in gaining healthy weight during pregnancy and recovering quickly to get back into shape postpartum. Many pregnant women avoid exercising because they are afraid of doing more harm than good.

People also believe that pre & postnatal exercise is dangerous because of lack of energy, back pain, joint pain, or other physical discomforts.
Exercise can help alleviate most of these health problems during and after pregnancy improving both your mental health and energy levels.

It can feel difficult to get back to exercise or know what to do when you’re carrying extra weight and caring for a newborn. THAT is why you need the services of a personal trainer who is QUALIFIED to assist you at this special time

A personal trainer specialising in pre and postnatal exercises will educate you on the ‘do’s and ‘don’ts’ of physical activity, how to safely and effectively work core muscles, get you ready for labour, and help you recover postnatal recovery as well as meet other new Mums in exactly the same position as you.

PLEASE do your research and seek a PT with pre and postnatal expertise, not just any old trainer running ‘Fitness classes for parents’.

Mummy & Me classes Thursdays 9.30am.
Next class Thursday 4th July.

Who is Rach T? 👀

I’m Rachel, Level 3 Personal Trainer & Mum of 2.

I have worked in the Health & Fitness industry for 15 years and became a Personal Trainer almost 10 years ago after the birth of my second son.

With no access for new mums wanting to return to exercise, I made the decision to embark on my own journey to becoming a trainer and provide a service where mums were able to exercise and bring their baby along with them. I then ran sessions in Canterbury & Faversham ….

From here my passion grew for Women’s health and although initially specialising in post-natal exercise, as my experience has grown, I now dedicate myself to support a range of clients in creating healthy lifestyle choices with a personal training approach where your mental, emotional and physical health are considered equally important.

Areas of expertise include Strength Training, Small Group Personal Training, Boxing for Fitness & Post Natal programming, as well as being an advocate for exercise for mental health.

My passion is to help people change their lives and improve their health in the most realistic way possible.

I would love to work with you!
