Fix the problem with this FREE resource.

Not being being able to train or move around because your prosthesis is being a complete twat-basket, is one of the most frustrating parts of being a lower limb amputee.

So I decided to solve that problem.

12 exercises.
Video demos.
A workout structure you can use over and over again.

DM or comment the word ā€˜EMOM’ today.

One of the most important events out there for amputees.

First time running in over 2 years.
Thanks so much

It’s all based off your height.

The card I was given matched my height exactly, so when I inserted the card, the handles and seat adjusted automatically.

Freaked the s**t out of me out at first.

Definitely the most bonkers gym I’ve been in.

8 weeks until my first adaptive HYROX.

Post-surgery, it’s almost bloody impossible to envisage what your life will be like 6, 12, 18 months down the line.

That’s okay.

You’re not meant to know.

Just don’t shy away from what you want to do.

Keep your expectations high.

Pursue something challenging and crazy.

Otherwise, what was the point of getting through the surgery, the physio, the months of rehab?

You put in the work so you could go and do all the things you want.

Everything it shouldn’t be.

How does it not fly off and kill someone?

Not the most muscle, but feeling better than ever.

For me, my energy output is roughly 60-80% higher than all of you 2 leg show-offs.

Although I’m still doing some weight training for the Birmingham HYROX, I need to build the engine.

I need to be able to get around the course whilst managing the extra effort of walking on my prosthesis.

It’s hard work.
The training is brutal.
But it will only benefit me.

Fitness after limb loss can look however you want.
I don’t limit any of my clients with their goals.
One of my amputee clients wants to climb Snowdon - so that’s what we’re building towards.
Another is entering an adaptive weightlifting competition, so her training reflects it.

You lost a limb, not the drive to push yourself.
Ready to say ā€œF**K ITā€ and start building a more active life after limb loss?
