The Budokan is a friendly and professionally run martial arts centre offering a wide range of martial arts and related activities, in a specialised and well-equipped environment. The Budokan has brought together some of the best and most highly qualified instructors in The Midlands, to head each of its activities.

Codrington Budokan is closed this week but opens again on Saturday 3rd Jan at 10am. All classes as normal. Time to work off those extra Christmas calories!

The Codrington Budokan will be closed for its summer break for the bank holiday week. So the last classes will be on Thursday 22nd August and they'll start up again on Monday 2nd September at 12 noon.

During the summer holidays the under 16s classes are all at 11.30am to 12.30pm on a Saturday and 6pm to 7pm on a Tuesday.

Zumba is great - good music and routines that are fun to do. You can do as much or as little of the routines as you can which means that you can join an existing class even if you've not done aerobics or exercise classes before. Sharon is an excellent teacher and she'll make sure that you're having a good time and are working out at a pace that suits you. Contact Zumbawith Sharon on facebook for times of all the classes.
