Big Ricks Swim Team Sharing the swim love . 'Big Ricks Swim Team'
are Open Water Swimming Team, we were set up in 2008 in memory of our good friend Mr Mark Rickhuss..

(aka Big Rick )
Over the past 11 years the team have participated in over 50 open water swimming events around the UK and abroad , including 6 English Channel relays
1 - single crossing in 2011
3 double crossings in 2012/13 and 16
1 - 4 way crossing in 2018
1 - all ladies Medley relay 2020

The team also do indoor pool races , plus cycling, running , and triathlon events ,
even climb mountains

.! We raise much needed funds for The British Heart Foundation ,Cancer Research UK and breakthrough Brest Cancer . To date team 'Big Ricks' have raised over £100,000
We are always motivated by the memory Mark...!!
