What a ride God has me on! I'm so grateful for the experience and the opportunity to meet other people that just love the water. UltraSwim33.3 puts on a wonderful safe event and I will do many more. Stay tuned for the next swim. We are going to continue to make history and make swimming inclusive. The water is for ALL OF US!!

Part 2 of why your GLP 1 isn't working. Muscle is a driver of metabolic activity. Your GLP makes you eat less. Most of you didn't eat enough protein and the body burns muscle instead of fat. You MUST preserve muscle on Glps to be successful.

I have yet to see a type 2 diabetic healthy and in shape on a GLP 1. WHY?? Because most lack the foundation of nutrition and strength training. What makes you think that your outcome will be any different?
