After a wknd of few too many chocolate eggs, took my two girls 9yr and 7yr old plus the dog out for a run to work off the excess indulgence. Fuelled them up with porridge for breakfast and off we went.We did just over 3miles not constantly running but did throw in a few 20secs sprints as well as slow n steady jogging pace! They loved it, running in a park what bank holidays were made for in my opinion :)

6.5k run done, followed by 40 kettle bell swings 20 press ups 20 oblique crunches and 1min plank! Boom shakalak!! I've also realised the difference between normal sane people and us pts' when a normal person feels like their done on a run probably they may slow down stop and find quickest route home..I however decided to run further so I could include a hill and finish off with some sprints get home n do all of the above?! Think I am a little bit mental!

6.15miles yesterday and I search for as many hills to run up on my route as poss. Powered up them, got home did leg and core workout. Today I ache-all worth it though -now its porridge o'clock. Have a fitness filled day facebookers! :)

I used to have two tubes of these, the citrus ones taste ok I shall never know about the berry ones. My 8month old puppy...

I used to have two tubes of these, the citrus ones taste ok I shall never know about the berry ones. My 8month old puppy has at some point this wknd decided he needed yet more energy to dive from sofa to sofa and run circuits around the garden
