Last session before our 2 week break. We took our session outside!

Blocks 1,2 and 3 are learning the basics, in a fun, no pressure, high energy environment.

Today, they transferred those skills to a match.

Seeing children run with the ball, pass and find space and ofcourse-scoring lots of goals.

We are so proud of our little super stars.

Our 4-6 years old worked on:
⚽️Dribbling
⚽️Ball Mastery
⚽️Inside of the foot

⚽️Bottom of your foot to stop the ball
⚽️Change of ball direction
⚽️Passing and moving with a partner
⚽️Mini match

A lot in 45minute sessions BUT EFFECTIVE!

What will my child learn?

Q: Is it just football?

A: No….

…. Play underpins all development and learning for young children. We adopt a topic-based approach to learning incorporating fun, play based activities that focus on specific skills and areas of learning. We also place great importance on child initiated activities in which the children choose what and how to play and who to play with.

In order to support your child and plan appropriate activities relevant to their developmental stage we follow the Early Year’s Foundation Stage (EYFS) statutory framework. This sets the standard that childcare providers must meet for the learning, development and care of children from birth to 5.

It’s always sad to say goodbye!

But, we’re always proud when we see children progress into grassroots football teams.

Our sessions equip children with the necessary tools to progress and create their own pathway into the sport.
