What is Multi Sports & How does it benefit your child?

Multi Sports consists of a diverse range of activities that physically move the body and hence incorporate exercise and often team playing.

Our aim is to help children master basic movements including running, jumping, throwing and catching. As well as develop balancing, agility and coordination skills and begin to apply them to a range of activities.
