Nothing hits harder than that post-holiday hunger or the lack of routine.

Just rip the band aid off and get some movement done, and get out of the habit of a beer for breakfast.

The cravings for poor quality food will reduce, I promise.

My goal now is to get back to 95kg, and reverse diet the right way, get my food really high to enjoy the summer but stay at 95kg feeling my best.

I’ll run you through how me and my clients are doing this.

Learn how to practice a healthy lifestyle, but also build your calories up to the maximum you can.

Take George as an example: we got her to 2,800 calories on weekdays and untracked over 2,800 on weekends, while maintaining the weight she’d reached on 1,400 calories.
