I hardly ever post here anymore. I have far too much fun in my sessions normally to be thinking about pics or videos. But this has to be put here for ever. 7 mths pregnant (with a 2yr old already). Comfortable 60kgs, then 70kg, 80kg started to feel a bit rough but then still 2 at 90Kg. HELL YEAH .

Brought in on myself. But did he need to run around the entire floor!!! Footprints absolutely all over the place. Nothing will motivate your DB bench press like knowing you will drop the weight on the dog if you fail.

Don't stop eating cheese/chocolate/ potatoes/Stuffing/pigs in blankets because you think you should.
Enjoy the food, enjoy the indulgence. Its once a year, live it!!

YES!! Absolutely this. Almost all my clients are in pairs or more and its utterly wonderful. Some are competitive, some not so much, all have a bloody great time
I love it when someone trains with me, I always go waay harder than I would alone
