One of my favourite exercises for chest the dumbell/barbell pullover.
This exercise works the upper body, including the pectoralis major, pectoralis minor, latissimus dorsi, triceps and abdominal muscles.
1)
Select a moderate to heavy dumbbell or barbell (make sure it's a weight that's challing enough for you but one you can manage the movement well with) keep your back flat on a bench/floor or stability ball.
2)
With your feet planted on the ground and your core engaged, (tensing your belly) extend your arms up to the ceiling holding the dumbbell/barbell with both hands above your chest.
3)
Keeping your low back pressed into the bench/floor or stability ball, slowly lower your arms overhead until your biceps reach your ears
4)
Slowly bring your arms back to above your chest and repeat.
