I know I started the day with a very motivating post but I also want to keep it real.

2023 threw some serious curveballs my way – failures, imposter syndrome, and a rollercoaster of challenges that left me feeling a bit battered.

Happy Christmas Eve eve 😁

I don’t usually have breakfast. Just my choice.

But when I fancy some breakfast, I usually opt for a high protein breakfast and veg or fruit, keeps me full for longer and helps with muscle recovery.

I always make a bit more, I know my toddler will want to share everything I have 😁

Do something energetic:

How to stay on top of your game?

My best advice to you is to build solid habits! Rome wasn’t build in a day! It takes days, weeks, months , years to build a solid habit!

Start with easy steps.

⭐️ if you’re working from home and struggling to get movement in, set an alarm and get up at every hour.
⭐️ kids are being demanding? Get them involved. Pick up your baby and do 10 squats with them, they will love it.
⭐️wake up every morning and start your day with hydration, drink a glass of water and set your intentions for the day.
⭐️think of one grateful thing every day, it will ground you and remind you why you are going strong.

Building habit’s it’s what will help you in the long run. You will be able to get back to good nutrition and exercise, when you have a strong foundation.
