Hi everyone an update for you

St Catherines hall has said to me that they will not even consider any letting in their hall until after October half term !!

I have spent a lot of time enquiring about other halls with not much luck either BUT am still trying !

In the light of last nights recent announcements who knows what’s going on
But I am happy to continue to stream if enough of you would like to carry on with this

If any of you girls in here would like to join us please drop me a message and we can arrange collection of a trampoline

So sadly we are not able to return to our hall as yet however I am continuing to stream classes on line so if anyone would like to loan a trampoline to start exercising again I have some available to rent until such time as we go back to the hall

BREAKING NEWS !!

Hi everyone
I received an email today from St Catherines stating they do not want any person renting the school Premises due to Covid !

Obviously I am annoyed as previously I was told it was fine and asked what precautions I am taking etc etc and it was agreed we would return 8th September !!

I am so sorry this happened and sadly it’s only under review for the next 3 weeks and further decisions will be taken then in line with government guidelines (I am told )

So
A ) I am going to look for another premises although this is difficult due to storage so any ideas gratefully received

b ) who would be up for carrying on live streaming at home ? Until we can return to halls
We would need 10 people to make this viable

Hope you are well and sane during these strange times and needless to say I’ve missed you all ❤️

Great news is that we will be able to return to classes at St Catherines school
From Monday 7th September on a Monday and Wednesday at 7pm

Steps have been taken for your safety and I do hope you will feel comfortable to return to classes to make it viable

💓masks to be worn on entry to hall (not to exercise )
💓hand sanitizer station
💓signing in on entry
💓equipment sanitised. Before and after every session
💓1metre distance between all bouncers

The great thing about boogie bounce is that we are already socially distanced, with no chance of bumping into anyone so it’s a fabulous, effective and safe way to exercise in groups .

I do hope you will feel comfortable to return to classes

Who knows when we will be able to return to classes
Your guess is as good as mine
And I cannot wait to be with you again ❤️

There are still a couple of bouncers left to hire
I stream classes live on a fb group that you simply join in at home on a Monday and Wednesday at 630 pm (but you can do the class anytime )

Hi girls hope you are doing ok
I don’t know when we will be allowed to go back to face to face classes and sadly I can’t see this happening anytime soon !!

So I am continuing with my online classes which everyone is really enjoying and benefitting from

I stream live Monday and Wednesday at 630 pm
However you can catch up anytime you wish

Plus I do different routines every couple of weeks to mix it up and keep fresh

Some of the girls are going back to work and /or for various reasons can’t maintain with the classes so I now have 4 further trampolines available if anyone would like to join us

Hi everyone
Hope you are keeping well and your spirits are high in these strange times

You may know that I have been streaming live classes to some girls on a Monday and Wednesday evening in a group and they have been going down a storm !!
Not only can you join In the live sessions you can bounce at any time you wish through the week by replaying the stream !
So in light of the recent lift of some restrictions I have a few trampolines available and I thought I would offer you the opportunity to collect a trampoline from my house in sidcup so you too can
Bounce away to your hearts content 💞💞
