A huge congratulations to who's recently completed the 60-day online training challenge!

Jo was looking to build her strength and incorporate this new style of training into her routine in addition to running
classes every week.

From the very start Jo was dedicated to the programme and put in the work, week-in, week-out.

She didn't miss a single workout, completing over 25+ workouts in the 60 days. Jo also managed to still enjoy meals out and BBQ's alongside the programme.

Her results over the 60 days speak for themselves:

- 3kg/6.6lbs lost
- Waist measurement down by 7cm
- Noticed looser fitting trousers

Chloe wanted to lose weight and see her body change instead of just watching the number on the scales go down. 

She was also unsure what the best approach was when it came to her diet. 

This made it difficult for her to enjoy the foods she ate without wondering if she was undoing all her hard work in the gym.

Chloe’s programme was designed to have her spend as little time in the gym as possible to give her the freedom to still live life while going for her goal. With 2 PT sessions and 1 home workout per week, we definitely achieved that.

Each session saw her strength increase week on week and helped her tone up and still lose weight.

When it came to the diet, we kept things as simple as possible. No foods were off limits. As long as targets, specific to her, were hit, she had nothing to worry about. 

As a result Chloe’s gained more confidence in the gym, better understands her body when it comes to nutrition, and has visibly lost weight while staying toned.

spent years trying everything to find the best approach for her to get down to her goal weight. Everything she tried worked for a while, but eventually progress slowed, work got busy, and life events came up.

Then we got engaged and with a wedding date set, s**t got real. It was now or never to find an approach that worked.

*Side note: this was the driving force behind me deciding to take all my years experience and focus solely on weight-loss for my clients.*

So, Han needed a programme that was easy to follow by herself, not too time consuming so she could get on with her life outside the gym and plan the wedding, and didn’t restrict her food, especially as the wedding got closer.

I helped put the pieces in place and then she executed the plan, sticking with it for the entire year, only stopping for planned breaks, and stayed consistent throughout.

It was amazing to see her whole lifestyle change and become even happier and confident in herself.

Obviously, the pictures speak for themselves and I’m going to be biased as I’m the one who married her but on the big day my wife looked amazing! She deserved to look her best, feel confident, and gave us both the happiest day of our lives.

📉 Ongoing Transformation

The focus for the past 3 months with has been to build her strength back up as she gets back into exercise after having 2 children.

We took it slow to begin with and slowly built up the intensity. She's worked hard and really pushed herself every session to get the most out of the workouts and go past what she thought was her limit and its seriously paid off!

The initial goal wasn't to lose weight and if we were just going by the scales Ash has hardly lost any. However this is a perfect example of why the scales don't tell the whole picture. You can see from the photos that Ash's body composition has really improved and she has said she feels so much more confident when trying on bikinis ready for her holiday this week.

The next phase of training will focus on fast loss and based on the results so far we'll expect to see even better progress.

3 St DOWN - 42 lbs LOST

what a huge achievement! 🎉

With a wedding day set, Han finally wanted to achieve her weight loss goals after years of trial and error.

Slimming world, group classes, slim fast, and many more worked for a while, but eventually life took over again.

We've worked to create a programme that works around Han's life, without giving up the things she loves. It's been amazing to see the complete lifestyle change and approach to her own fitness.

Even at times when the weight on the scales wasn't moving, Han trusted the plan, stayed consistent and pushed through.

The results speak for themselves. As anyone who's tried to lose weight knows, this is a massive accomplishment and took real determination, effort, and commitment.

I'm so proud of the work Han's put in and deserves everything she's achieved.

The goal, lose weight, is a common one, but also a bit s**t. How much weight? When by? How will you do it? How will you know you've succeeded? What happens when you hit certain milestones along the way?

With so many unanswered questions it's no wonder it's such a struggle.

The statement above is based on the SMARTER framework, which stands for:

12 Week Progress Check-In

Coming up on week 12 of 20 on this cut, so I thought I'd do a progress update to show where I'm at.

Starting Weight (Left): 14 St 1 lbs (89.3kg)
Current Weight (Right): 13 St 1 lbs (83kg)

When I started, the plan was to consistently hit 10k Steps to help burn as many calories as possible. The biggest realisation was that 10k steps are long 😂 I know that sounds obvious but it takes life adjustments if you haven't tracked steps religiously before. Now I'm used to and its nice to walk more and leave the car at home when I can. So, yeah, I guess you could say I'm single handedly saving the planet now. You're welcome.

Still looking to lose around 7lbs, maybe more if I can by the end of April. I have no idea what I'm going to look like. I'll just see the results in the mirror and go from there

Yep, another post about pancakes in your feed.

If you managed to get hold of the mythic and rarely seen protein pancakes in Aldi then they're a great sweet/ savoury snack (especially today) with 20g of protein.

If you didn't, then just go ahead and eat what you want. I won't judge. Honestly, one meal is never going to make or break a diet. You're better of looking at the averages over the whole week.

As long as you've got 80% of your diet revolving around healthier options you're all good 👌

3 months training completed with Ellie Phelan and couldn't be prouder of her progress. I've seen her get stronger and stronger every week, especially with her push-ups. She's maintained her consistency in the gym, even through December, which is always the toughest month!
