New classes starting 9th & 10th of January 2026 @ St Paul’s Church, Mill Rd, Erith.
Classes every Friday and Saturday weekly!

Currently we are running 4 classes per week
Fridays 6 till 6:30pm & 6:30 till 7pm
Saturdays 10 am till 10:30 & 10:30 to 11am

Kids are welcome and free of charge with a paying adult.

It’s so easy to lose momentum in the beginning, especially if you have a lot of weight to lose but just look at this…
So much has to come off on the inside before you start to see the recomposition on the outside, so next time your scales are going down slowly but the mirror or your clothes still feel/look the same… don’t let it put you off and remember consistency is the key and being healthy and happy and here for yourself and your loved ones is a great reason to stick with it, even on the hardest days! 💪🏻

Losing weight isn’t always about the gym, doing hours of cardio that you don’t enjoy isn’t ever going to be maintained if you hate it.
Try moving your body in other ways instead , walking the dog, dancing with friends, vigorous cleaning. It all adds up to burning calories and is much more maintainable if it’s something you actually like doing!
Movement is movement it doesn’t have to be in the gym all the time.
