Looking for a yoga class that feels welcoming, supportive, and free from pressure?

My gentle yoga classes are designed for beginners and anyone seeking a slower, more mindful approach to movement and wellbeing. Whether you’re completely new to yoga or returning after a break, you’ll be encouraged to move at your own pace in a calm, friendly environment.

As a registered nurse, I bring an understanding of anatomy and physiology into my teaching, helping you develop a deeper awareness of how your body moves and functions. Throughout our practice, I gently explain how different postures can support mobility, balance, strength, breathing, and overall wellbeing, while honouring the rich traditions and wisdom of yoga that have supported people for generations.

I offer gentle yoga classes for mind-body connection, small classes in calm venues, Gentle but effective weekly yoga practices for stretching, strengthening, teaching of breath-work and relaxation.
No experience necessary, beginners and beyond are welcome .

Also Chair yoga on Tuesdays 11:30 12:15 in collaboration with 20/20 Health Exercise Referral Specialists

It’s best to not eat a heavy meal 1-2 hours prior to class for comfort, but please bring a drink to keep hydrated.

In some venues I’m lucky enough to be able to access the grounds outside to teach if the weather allows day time and evening classes.
