HYROX SEASON LOADED 🏁🔥

Our next few months are stacked with races, so here’s how we’re scheduling HYROX simulations to get the most out of training without burning out 👇

🗓 Race Schedule
• HYROX Simulation – Sat 17th
• HYROX Manchester – Jan 21st
• HYROX Glasgow – March 11th
• HYROX London – March 24th
• HYROX Cardiff – April 29th

⚙️ How we’ll use simulations
✅ One full HYROX sim 2–3 weeks before a key race
🚫 No full sims in the final 7–10 days before racing
🏃‍♂️ Racing itself = the best simulation

🔑 What that means
• Manchester → sim already locked in ✔️
• Glasgow → full sim mid–late Feb
• London → no full sim (Glasgow does the job)
• Cardiff → full sim early–mid April

📌 Simple rule
• One sim per race block
• Back-to-back races = no sim
• 3–4 weeks between races = add one

Train smart. Recover hard. Race fast.
