We would just also like to say that when we rent caravan out it’s is just a caravan rental, we have nothing to do with haven passes and whether there is availability on activities or in live lounge that is havens ruling nothing to do with us, so when arriving if you want haven stuff then please go to reception and ask before purchasing passes!
I’m going to review the terms and conditions of caravan rental this week as it’s getting us both down when we trying to help families get away for a couple of days, this is why we are looking at selling the caravan at the end of the year aswell 😢

Hello everyone, now holiday season is getting underway could we please ask that holiday is paid for atleast 2 weeks before you go, we both work and it’s had to keep track of everything and who hasn’t pay for van, as you can understand it’s a busy time ahead and everything is there in van but not sheets and covers for the beds, if you need to ask us anything please just drop us a message and we will get back asap
