Today 16 years ago I took my first Group Personal Training class in Berko. Today I’m still one of the most reasonably priced.

Two years ago my daughter urged me to consult Jilly because she felt that although I was fit for my age I lacked upper body strength. I took her advice (of course!) and now at age 83 and a half I am certainly stronger. In addition, my knee pains have stopped and my hips are much less painful. And I enjoy my sessions with Jilly!
