THURSDAY TRAINING; KILBURN GREENWAY.
This week the training will be on the new Greenway at Lower Kilburn.
Meet on the Greenway at 6.30pm for a session of 600 and 400 metre reps.
Parking can be found at Rawson Green and the adjoining road or there is a small car park in Kilburn.
The nights are drawing in quickly but we should manage this week and two more before we have to change to the winter venues.

THURSDAY TRAINING; SANDBED REC.
This Thursday evening the training will be on Sandbed Rec. Meet on the top field at 6.30pm.
This session will be a mix of speed work and hill reps.
These sessions are open to all Harriers their friends and any prospective members to this all age and ability group.

This coming Thursday we are at Wyver Lane Belper.
Meet at the East Mill car park at 6.30pm.
The session will consist of half mile and mile reps.

We made the most of these beautiful light evenings last night running through the Peak District, Thorpe. The bravest harriers even ran up Thorpe Cloud💪 Followed by a chip cob🍻

The training is off-road on undulating laps.
