Vanessa's School of Dance This year we won 🏆 The Childrens Sports/Physical activites provider of the year 2026 🏆 We have our own cafe and dance wear shop at Vanessa’s School of Dance.

Hi,I’m Vanessa,Principal at VSD.Our classes are from 30 months & over.We do shows,exams,competition’s,workshops,private lessons.Lessons with guest teachers aswell.

Our lovely little soul Gracie Cleaver has won the competition to design our show t shirt for 2027.

Well Gracie xx Gracie will receive a free T Shirt and get her photo and design on our back drop at the show. Plus all the students taking part in our show will be wearing her design.

And that’s it 🥹 last ballet exam. Scarlett took her intermediate ballet exam today.
Scarlett sets off in the morning to start her next dance journey at Urdang for the next 3yrs.
So very proud of you Scarlett. I have known you since bump and the only person who can pinch my bacon off my plate 🤭 i miss you already but Now go and show them what you’re made of.

It doesn’t get any easier when students leave for dance college when you have taught them from being tiny but tonight was so hard. Scarlett Grace my heart hurts so much but i am so so proud of you. You are going to have the most wonderful time on this new course at Urdang and will be the shiniest. It’s absolutely amazing that you are one of the ones who got picked from auditions out of so many who applied, when they have only taken a few on this course, so it’s incredible.
It will be the best 3yrs and it’s never goodbye just see you soon.

We can’t wait to be back and see you all.
Full swing now with comps, getting ready for our show next year and working hard towards exams.

Sending best wishes to all our tiny stars starting school and our students starting senior school. You will have a lovely day and make lots of new friends.

We also have a few new faces starting VSD over the next few weeks, so if you see a new face please give them our normal friendly VSD 💙💛 Hello and welcome them into our dance family.

Students who took exams over the summer they all passed with amazing marks again. So well done 🌟

We also have a workshop coming up in the October half term. So that’s exciting. With fabulous teachers/Choreographers.

I would give anything for you to come and play for our students and your two great granddaughters. Myself and Miss Tesh plus many more were very lucky to have you play the piano everyday for all our dance classes. ### and i got to call you Grandma 🌸🌸🌸
