Fat Loss tips for 2026👇👇👇

📌 Eating a low fat diet will make your hair fall out make your skin look like sh*te. (Fat is good)

📌Carbs do not make you fat. If your over weight reading this you could put away over 200g and still lose weight easily

📌If you don’t have support from the people around you get rid of them

📌1 bar of chocolate has not wrecked your diet so stop restricting the things you enjoy.

📌 Fasted cardio dose not burn more fat. (Only do it if you like it)

📌 Intermittent fasting dose not burn more fat. (Only do it if you like it or helps you stay in routine)

📌If you wanna lose fat at a decent rate you must do 10,000+ steps a day

📌 Don’t listen to the nhs they talk crap

The amount of people I see saying “my doctor said the reason I’m not losing weight is because I’m not eating enough “

Here’s my response 👇

Real simple answer

If your in a deficit then your body has no choice but to eat your fat reserves as a source of energy. Fact 💯

Doctors are making out that you're in such a deficit that your body is magically holding on to fat reserves whilst somehow defying the laws of thermodynamics!!

No you would simply just lose more weight.

Starvation mode is not real, a myth that Sandra and Karen spread around the uk in the 90's whilst stuffing their face with food by the bucket load down their gub.

You all need to understand the key to losing weight is less in your mouth more out the other end

Wake up call❗️❗️❗️
This is me when I came back from holiday, absolutely horrified with how I looked losing all the progress I made and over all feeling like sh*te. This is me 2 weeks into training hard and eating better feeling the best I’ve felt in over a year.
This is a post to show everyone no matter what your circumstances are that if you put minimum effort and just be mindful of what you eat you can achieve whatever you want.
You have 168 hours in a week, if you spend 3 hours a week doing any sort of physical activity you will see the results guaranteed.
Don’t be the person that says new year new me and when it comes around you do nothing be the person who wants to make the change now.
