The Taggers had an amazing comeback last night, drawing 16 all with Tag Collectors, in our last group game of the Late Summer League 🎉

Thanks to our other fab performances throughout the tournament, we are now in the running for the LSL Plate, played for next Thursday on finals night 💪🏼

The Taggers had their first win of the Late Summer League last night, beating Civil Service 21-16 🎉

Was a fast paced game that kept us on our toes for the full forty minutes. Some excellent ball handling, strong defence and fabulous tries got us the W in the end 😃

We’ve officially started our 2026/2027 season! 🏉💥

What better way to begin than getting stuck into the Be Active, Stay Active Big Inclusive Playday! 😃

It was brilliant to have our players and coaches back together after the summer — plenty of laughs were had by everyone 🤩

A huge thank you to the Be Active, Stay Active team for having us as part of today’s lineup. We love getting the chance to showcase tag rugby outside of our usual sporting environment and introduce even more people to the fun of the game! 🧡🖤

The countdown is 𝗢𝗡 for our BIG Inclusive Fun Day this Saturday, 22nd August at Lough Moss Leisure Centre! 🤩 This 𝗙𝗥𝗘𝗘, family friendly drop-in event is open to everyone, giving families and organisations the flexibility to come and go throughout the day.

🪩🤩 Summer League 2026 🤩🪩

Another fabulous Summer League has come to an end, with our Newforge Taggers being awarded the Stephen Clarke Memorial Trophy - Spirit of Tag Award 🎉

Throughout the campaign we played some amazing tag against very tough opponents, getting a few cracker wins along the way. Most importantly, as always, we had a great laugh and there was smiles at the end no matter what 😃

Thank you for having us and putting on a great competition. Late Summer League anyone?! 😅
