Big congrats to Lucas Batchelor - our August Member of the Month and winner of the Canteen voucher! 🍳🎟️

Big Lucas has been with us since January and has come a long way since then, making huge progress in his strength, fitness and confidence. Rumour has it that if you look up consistency in the dictionary, you’ll find his name. 😉

Fresh from getting married over the summer, Lucas is back where he left off and has even been spotted knocking out the odd 10K, with a goal of running a half marathon on the horizon. 🏃‍♂️

Big congrats to Ruby Devine - our July member of the month and winner of the Canteen voucher! 🍳🎟️

Ruby has been with us since we opened last July, but she’s been training in our groups since 2023 - back in the downstairs gym days. Recently, she’s made huge improvements in both our upper and lower strength sessions, as well as on our sweat days - even throwing in the odd 5k @ runclub. 📈

Ruby has trained consistently, even through rugby injuries - doing what she can whenever possible. That consistency has really paid off, especially with her wall balls, ever since nearly putting ceiling tile through a few months ago! 🤪

Enjoy Ruby D - much deserved! 🩵
